The Lenox High School Internship Program offers juniors and seniors the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a field of interest. In collaboration with the Berkshire County Regional Employment Board, the Internship Program utilizes a Work-Based Learning model that emphasizes basic employment foundations skills while learning career specific skill sets. Based on the college co-op model, interns are placed in a wide variety of career fields both on and off campus with a professional mentor. The program strives to assist students in demonstrating effective organizational, analytical and interpersonal skill sets on the job.
